Cracking sound in my jaw
Whenever I eat something there's a cracking sound in my jaw like the the upper jaw and lower jaw are getting stuck

It could be a Problem with the joint that connects lower jaw to the upper jaw. It is treatable but you will have to visit a dentist and get it properly checked. It could happen because of abnormalities in your bite.

Problem in temporomandibular joint/jaw joint . Have soft food strictly. Use spoon for having any food, do not use hand. Do not open mouth wide, while yawning/speaking loudly/ do not clench teeth. If having any kind of fruits, have in very small small pieces. Chew with both sided back teeth. Do not keep checking your clicking sound of jaw,it will make the condition worse, may cause pain. If it's bothering you and causing unavoidable discomfort feel your muscle fatigueness, T.myospas /myotop P, twice a day for 7 days. After food. Antacid along if required.
