I am 33yr old male married and I have one small kid. Upto last month there is no problem in my penis and foreskin but now days I am facing few problems.
1- From March month onwards my penis foreskin is very tight, when I try to pull down the foreskin it's more painful.
It seems one cracks in my penis foreskin tip. So that I am facing pain. Moreover that cracks are disappear within two days but again one new Crack is coming.
2- Under foreskin some white dots are coming, when I clean the area it's dissappear after that again it will come.
3- Facing erectile dysfunctional and unable to erect long time because of this Crack foreskin.
Please help me to this problems.

You have foreskin tightness called “phimosis”. It can occur at any age, particularly in diabetics . First control blood sugar. Use a antibiotic cream line Betadine ointment. It will heal in a few days, only to recur if erection occurs. Your permanent solution is Circumcision, which is a minor outpatient procedure. After that even erections will be much better

It happens when you get infection, foreskin becomes tight and while doing sexual activity, its difficult to pulled back so stuck at penis head repeatedly and gets cuts on foreskin..
Don't panic sir..
