Cramp like feeling in testis
During urination or semen discharge i am feeling a sharp cramp like pain at the bottom of testis.. initially this pain was one in 2-3 months but now its bit frequent, in every 2-3 days.. is it normal or some problem with testis.

Check for any kind of swelling around your testis and size in both side....
There are two possibilities it can be renal / ureteric stone Or it can be scrotal etiologies...

Such pain is not normal.It could be due to various issues ranging from stones to infection.Get a urine analysis, ultrasound kub and scrotum.
