Cramps but no period
My cycle usually last between 26 to 28 days and lmp was 8 Jan, its been 2 days I have cramps that actually feel like period cramps all through out the day, and it actually feel like period would happen all time but nothing. It has never happened like this before, took pregnancy test morning turned out to be negative. Why is the cramps so intense but no period?

You need an ultrasound to find out the reason for the cramps
Since 8th of January was day one of the period last you need to repeat a pregnancy test on the 9th February
If negative you need to understand that upto 37 day cycle is considered normal
Repeat a pregnancy test on 15th of February if no period
