My mother’s age is 53. She is a diabetic. Recently, her blood report indicated that her serum creatinine level is 1.0 and blood urea is 33. Cholesterol is 144. Blood sugar- 104(fasting) and 177(after food) Is the report alarming? What is the next step?

It's not alarming but you should be consulting a diabetologist and get her medicines reviewed
