I take cremaffin plus for fissure. It makes me feel hungry after taking it. How is that ? Why does cremaffin plus make me get hunger pains

It just makes sure you have a good evacuation of bowel and relieves consitipation.  Also it is supplemented with mag hydroxide that decrease your gastric acidity after which you might feel like that. Overall,  it doesn't any way stimulate hunger.
