Cremalax tablet during pregnancy ?
I'm 27weeks pregnant. I have been facing constipation for which my gynic prescribed Cremalax for 30 days. Constipation was gone while i was taking the medicine but returned once I stopped the tablet. My question is can I continue using this tablet? Will it have any effect on my pregnancy?

constipation is common in pregnancy....using hose tablets is not gonna affect the baby however it is not required to take the medicine on continuous basis, add lot of green leafy vegetables which are rich in fibers so as to pass motion without difficulty. hydrate yourself with lot of water, juice and soups to avoid these.
