Hello Sir, ideally it would be good if you get an orthodontic treatment because improperly aligned teeth are difficult to clean and maintain leading to more deposits and gum problems. Orthodontic treatment in your case will require tooth extraction but there is no harm in getting tooth removed. Tooth removal will not have any effect on your eyesight

Orthodontic treatment is very important for you as it will align the teeth and that will help you to maintain proper hygiene (because in crowded areas food gets lodged and cleaning is difficult leading to decay of teeth). Extraction has no effect on eye sight .

You have to undergo orthodontic treatment. Extracting teeth for the purpose of orthodontic treatment will not affect your vision.  Generally teeth with normal alignment will have only single point contact. So,  maintaining oral hygiene by brushing and flossing is not difficult. But,  when there is a malocclusion, especially crowding of teeth,  instead of a single point contact,  the teeth will have surface contact.  Accumulation of food debris is more and brushing and flossing becomes very difficult. Oral hygiene cannot be maintained.  So,  Orthodontic treatment is essential.  Extracting teeth to gain space for orthodontic treatment is harmless and it would not affect one's vision. Moreover,  orthodontic treatment would improve your smile and confidence.
Next Steps
Start your orthodontic treatment as early as possible.
Health Tips
The orthodontic treatment will take minimum of 18 months.  Once the treatment is started,  it is not advisable to discontinue treatment for any reason. If you are getting married, try to complete the treatment before marriage.

Hi,You have to do orthodontic treatment as seeing the pics you have sent there is a severe malocclusion & it will be very difficult for you to maintain your hygiene at home by brushing as the brush will not reach each & every portion considering your alignment. If the permanent teeth have to be removed for good prognosis of case it is required & will not affect the vision at all.So dont worry & go ahead with braces treatment as it will help you to improve cosmetic wise also.
