At what age cylindrical power get stabllize.some says it never get stabllized please guide for the information

Hello,
It generally stabilises by age of 20, 21. Any significant eye injury , infection or surgery can alter the cylindrical number at any age. Spherical number is not affected by these conditions. Also spherical number in general tends to be more stable then cylindrical number
