Permanent swelling in parotid region with a cyst with no pain. Taken antibiotics for 20 days but firm cyst not subsiding

There are many causes for swelling in the parotid region such as warthins tumor, pleomorphic adenoma, simple cystic degeneration of parotid, autoimmune parotid disorders like sjogren's syndrome etc. You need to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology to confirm the diagnosis
