Cyst like scar on my wrist

Asked for Female, 26 Years

I was burnt with a small drop of hot wax in a parlor. I was hurt in the same place again, and the scar turned big and round like a hard little cyst on the skin. It's probably 3mm in diameter and is hard. Not much pain unless I disturb it. How do I get it removed ?
