Cyst on my 6 year olds neck
I took my son to the ER this morning he is 6 years old they found a cyst in his neck his lymph nodes are swollen said he had a upper respiratory infection but do not give him any antibiotics can somebody please help me

In neck locatiom
If it is front of neck then it may be thyroglosal cyst
If leteral neck and since birth then ctstic hygroma
If it is since last few days
Then Its bcz of respiratory tract infection
If tonsills are enlarged and inflammed then give oral antibiotics
For 4 days
With some nasal drops
