Or secondary cancer with pleura mets..
Needs PEC CT or CECT scan chest and abdomen , bone scan for stage and tumor evaluation
Needs pleural fluid tapping for therapeutic purpose if symptomatic for effusion
Biopsy from large accessible lesion with IHC to confirm or rule out origin ..
If lung cancer needs EGFR ALK testing for targeted therapy...
