Dandruff and grey hair
I have dandruff which is sticky on the scalp and feels like scab. It's mainly on the middle portion of my head. My scalp itches too much even when I wash my hair twice a week. I have been using selsun shampoo from a month but it's not helping much. I have even lost a small portion of hair because of the same I think. Also, my hair is turning grey. The photograph is attached. Please suggest.

You are having a bald patches which is alopecia areata. this is an autoimmune condition due to the attack of lymphocytes against hair roots. It results in the formation of bald patches on the scalp. It can affect any hairy area of the body also like eyebrows and  beard. It has to be treated properly for long duration until the immunity comes down. Once the immunity is controlled, hair grows back over the patches. Please call me or contact me with photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and treatment. ,
