It is seborrheic blepharitis.get rid of dandruff in your scalp. Do hot compression of you eyelids and wash your eye lashes with baby shampoo twice a day. Apply oint ocupol d twice a day. Consult offline if requires

I would suggest to treat the root cause with Medicated anti-dandruff shampoo not the cosmetic one for hair
for eyelashes, cleaning with baby shampoo and luke warm water should suffice.

If you have recurrence of this problem, you should consult an ophthalmologist online or in clinic. You need proper management for dandruff over scalp, and eyelids.

It's called seborrheic blepharitis. You can do warm compresses and then wash your eye lashes with baby shampoo. You may need antibiotic eye ointment also.
