I would suggest to treat the root cause with Medicated anti-dandruff shampoo not the cosmetic one for hair
for eyelashes, cleaning with baby shampoo and luke warm water should suffice.
If you have recurrence of this problem, you should consult an ophthalmologist online or in clinic. You need proper management for dandruff over scalp, and eyelids.
