Dandruff problem
Hello dr,
i have dandruff problem so i went to skin specialist she took test and find out one type of fungus and treatment start with medication and then shampoos later i moved out from bengaluru now iam in chennai later i felt how long i will use shampoos so i quit that chemical shampoos now iam using meera herbal powder but large silverish flakes coming out from my head so plz suggest me whether i will again continue that shampoos or any other way to control it in natural way

Dandruff can be treated with lotions and shampoo (not commercial ones). Some people do have more oily scalp which cause visible flakes which we call dandruff. There are some other conditions also which can present like flaking of the scalp and have to be ruled out. Do not apply oil on scalp as it will increase the problem.
