Dark black spots under arm pits
There are dark coloured spots under my armpits. The armpit skin is darker than the normal skin colour of mine and on the upper part there are dark spots of the same colour.

This description sounds like acanthosis nigricans. This is a condition where your skin folds like underarms, neck and face becomes dark. It is either genetic or due to sedantry lifestyle and overweight. This can be treated.
