Stress and sleeplessness is most important cause of dark circles in addition to genetic tendency, nutritional deficiencies and sunexposure.... So try to atleast avoid LED light exposure so that radiation induced damage is minimal by using led screens an starting on some topical creams to delay or decrease the damage.
