Dark lips and Brown Sputum colour
I am 24 years old male.. weight 81kg height 175cm..
I have 2 queries! First one:-
I am a chain smoker... So my lips have become black. What ointment or lip lightening cream you can suggest? My lips stay hydrated because I drink sufficient water and apply moisturizing cream. But I remove the black texture and inner lips have become too red/pink.
Second :-
Smokers usually have cough.. At times when I spit my cough I find it brownish colour. Is this the defense mechanism of body to fight tar?

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
You very well are aware that it's due to smoking but you still haven't mentioned if you are willing to quit .
Quit smoking.
You can use sebamed lip defence .
Consult a dermatologist in person for further evaluation and management.
The brownish color thing is a sign of lung damage.
