Dark Spots on Lips
Back March 2017, my lips were perfectly fine. They would get a littel dry every now and then. When that happens I would just apply vaseline on them. In the next mouth or so, I notice my lips were extremely dry and there was a small brown spot on my bottom lip. I continued with vaseline but the I applied A&D ointment. Now it's bigger and noticeable.

We may need a thorough examination and also carefully handled chemical peels could help you. Try to use depigmentation creams under supervision.
