I have been having rather dark underarms, black pimple like things on my buttocks and discoloration near my pubic region and thighs

Use any good brand roller or deo roller which will reduce your dark underarm. For pimple like things on buttock use any antibiotic cream at night. Do you have any problem of itching in pubic region. If yes try to use any ketoconazole cream over their. Review after three weeks.
