Darkpink patches on scalp

Asked for Male, 30 Years

My scalp has developed dark pink patches which I noticed today after shaving my head as it was itching from past few months and scalp skin (small fine particles) used to come out while itching, please see attached pictures and assist me what should I do. Thanks
