Deafness in both ears
Not able to hear since birth. Bera report result shows deafness in both ears. Please suggest treatment other than cochlear implant.

What's age of your child. Best option is cochlear implant if there's no other issue

The child is an ideal candidate for cochlear implant. It will give the child normal/ near normal speech and he/she will lead a normal life. If you are not able to afford it, admit the child in a deaf school to learn sign language. The child will at least learn to communicate with sign language.
