Decrease in TSH
I have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism last June 2020, with TSH value 16.7, was put on Thyronorm 50 mcg, checked again in November with TSH value 19.3. I was Covid positive on April 26, mild symptoms, home quarantined, was put on Medrol 8 mg twice daily for 5 days, then 4 mg twice daily for another 5 days, then stopped. Recovered.   On May 14, 2021, checked TSH, it was 8.9. Does Medrol played any role in decreasing value of TSH?

Hi Covid-19 can result in changes in thyroid function, steroids don't have a major role. It's likely due to immune system effects on thyroid gland related to Covid-19
Next Steps
Monitor TSH. Check Anti TPO antibodies if not done earlier
