Decreasing hearing

Asked for Female, 35 Years

At age 15 ..i hit fiercely my nose..blood came from nasal canal..outside nothing.. But after a year later I had hearing problems..dr did corrected nasal bone bend through surgery.. After 10 years again I am experiencing same hearing problems and day by day it's worsening.. What can I do now.. Right now i am in Chennai.. At my work I am unable to hear small sounds.. It's effecting my career.. Plz help me to find solutions and good Dr too
