Hi have problem since one month deference temp in my body hand and leg low temp and other body some time hit some time cool.

Hey, there is minor variation of temperature in different body parts on measuring with thermometer ,it will not cause problem unless you have other symptoms like body pain , headache , fatigue and others , if you associated symptoms consult physician
