Deficiency of Iron and B12
Hi , I have iron deficiency and B 12 from last 1week m taking medicine I feel weakness some time and I fe tightness, cramp in my leg, low strength and I get tired very soon. Is this due to deficiency and I will feel same till I don't recover.
