Is the baby passsing urine ? Your job is to sit with WHO approved ORS oral rehydration solution and give it to baby sip by sip so that dehydration corrects , baby passes urine . This may also take care of fever . This can even stop vomiting . Dehydration correction is the most important step in diarrhea management . Other things will take time to settle& can be treated depending upon the cause . Mostly diarrhea is viral & it’s dehydration which is killer so just keep giving ORS sip by sip.
