Exercise advisable after 8 to 10 weeks , Concentrate mainly on pilates sessions availble online they r best for reducing lower abdo fat Do not indulge into strict diet till u r breast feeding Prefer eating healthy

Yes u can dear! It's good that you are active for your fitness! U can perform Excercise for the reduction of Belly fat! Sit up/push up/cycling/squats All will help you U can also do zumba/aerobics/yoga
