Platelet count dropped from 172000 to 130000 in a day. WBC count increased from 6400 to 25000. This is for 7 year old child suffering from Dengue. Is there a risk? What should we do? Below what platelet count level does it become dangerous?

Platelets keep falling for first 5-6 days of dengue fever and then starts rising. Bleeding from any site or a platelet count below 20,000 should require admission. Keep yourself hydrated and just take Crocin for fever.
