  4. Dengue fever. It is dangerous or not?

Dengue fever
Suffering from dengue fever..consult.doctor and take medicines, fever has gone but contineously pain in head and forhead.then admitted in hospital and saline provided.after 3 days of admission, feel some pain in chest.doctor suggested for sonography and chest x-ray.x-ray compounder said that there is some liquid in chest and stomach.please suggest whether it is dangerous or not? As there is no fever right now from last 3 days and now no headache.
