Dear, Pain while eating solid food on the left side below the teeth can have various causes: 1. Toothache or abscess 2. Gum recession or periodontal disease 3. Cracked tooth 4. Dental work issues (filling, crown) 5. TMJ disorder 6. Sinus pressure 7. Infected or impacted wisdom tooth Suggestions: 1. Dental checkup: Schedule an appointment with your dentist. 2. X-rays: To identify hidden issues. 3. Cleaning and polishing: Remove plaque and tartar. 4. Pain management: Over-the-counter pain relievers. Questions for your dentist: 1. What's the likely cause? 2. Do I need a root canal or extraction? 3. Are there any signs of gum disease? Self-care: 1. Soft food diet temporarily 2. Avoid chewing hard or sticky foods 3. Warm saltwater rinses 4. Gentle brushing and flossing Book an appointment ASAP. Best regards, Dr. Pratikshit Anand Additional guidance: - Monitor pain intensity and duration. - Note any accompanying symptoms (swelling, discharge). - Avoid self-diagnosis or delayed treatment. For personalized advice, consult your dentist.

It is advisable to consult a nearby dentist and obtain an X-ray for a more accurate diagnosis. If you are experiencing severe pain, you may take a painkiller such as Acenac-SP. However, it is recommended to have a consultation before taking any medication.

Hello patient, Firstly, you need to consult near by dentist. As pain can increase, you may have cavity in tooth or fracture tooth or may be other reason this can be confirmed clinically and with xray.
Health Tips
Till then you can take pain relief medication like zerodol-p and do warm water saline gargles. Thank you.
