Deposition near head of penis

Asked for Male, 23 Years

I actually have some yellow deposition near head of penis. I don't know what is it but it seems to be dead material and quite hard. It gets removed only after wash with water. I have this habit of nail biting and biting skin around the nails. 1. Is it that material or something else? 2. And how does eaten nail get removed from the body?
