Depression and Anxiety
Hi. I am a 24 yr old female and I want to know why am I feeling what I am feeling for the past year or so. I have severe mood swings, some day I feel motivated to do things I do love but somedays which are most of my days I feel sluggish, tired, demotivated and sad. I don't feel like waking up when I get sleep and when I am awake I don't feel the need to sleep. When my body gets tired I sleep. I sleep for about 4 - 5 hours on most days. I hate engaging with anyone be it for my own needs. I don't like sharing or opening up about what I am going through anymore. I used to journal my daily life but I have stopped for more than 3 years now. Please help me understand my situation better so that I can improve. I am writing this today because I am feeling motivated enough today to do so. Thankyou for looking into me. Your help is appreciated.
