Depression and anxiety
I gave birth to my baby a year and a half ago. During pregnancy I faced a lot of trauma due to some family issues. I am usually the boldest and toughest in my family and couldn't cry at funerals even if I tried. But since my baby's birth just a day before my period every month some or the other issue triggers me and I start weeping as if someone died. It happened in public many times and it's so embarrassing. I hate to see people cry in public and now I became one. I constantly feel hopeless and started eating mindlessly. Ever since my delivery I have been having these episodes sometimes even when it's not my period. I became too sensitive and I want to go back to being tough again. I don't understand if this is a Gynic problem or a psychological problem but I seriously need help.

It seems to be PPD. It's quite common after the delivery. It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine if required. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi, Thank you for reaching out. I understand you’ve always been a brave one but you’ve gone through a big change of delivering a baby. It’s okay to not feel okay sometimes however you are recommended that you share how you feel with a counsellor to get the support you need. You seem to be going through post partum depression.

There are alot of women who face such symptoms during and after pregnancy. For few feels these symptoms are called baby blues and consider normal but if they exceed beyond that then they are considered post partum depression. It must be frustrating for you to start feeling all these emotions and losing control over it. It's good to have control  over emotions but currently the situation you are facing is psychological and faced by a lot of women so it's normal to feel this way. My suggestion is that you require to take good care of your health and sleep and consider taking therapy. These will help for sure.

I'm sorry to hear that you're going through such a challenging time. It's not uncommon for women to experience emotional and psychological changes after giving birth, especially if they've faced trauma during pregnancy. It's important to remember that it's okay to ask for help and seek support during this time. One thing you can try is writing down your thoughts and feelings on your notes app. This can help you start to understand and process your emotional experience, which may help you gain clarity and insight into what you're going through. In addition to writing, practicing breathing exercises can also be helpful in regulating your emotions. Techniques like box breathing can help you calm your mind and body, reducing feelings of anxiety and depression. If these feelings persist or become too overwhelming, I strongly encourage you to seek professional help. Online therapy can be a great option for adults, as it allows you to seek support from the comfort of your own home. I offer online therapy sessions through my company, Mind Sculpt, and would be happy to assist you in any way I can.

Hello, It seems it's tough what you are going through. It's okay to cry out whenever and wherever it's possible as it is safe to cry if you feel like your emotions are bottled up. Would recommend you to start with the sessions with the therapist for post partum depression.
