I have been married to my wife for 1.5 years. We are committed to each other. But her past haunts me very badly. She had been in a relationship and I'm not able to cope with the truth. I suffer daily thinking of her past and this has soured present situation with my wife. There is no doubt that we love each other a lot but still I don't seem to have come to terms with her past relationship. I feel irritated all the time, the feeling of depression and low self esteem has taken a toll on our marriage. I feel that she was happier in her previous relationship which she clearly denies.
The image of her being with her ex is all what I imagine and suffer from nightmares most of the times. I feel she would ditch me for someone else.
Please note that my wife loves me a lot but I cannot get over her past.

Did your wife tell you about her past?
If yes, then she is the best woman on this Earth and if you behave the way you are doing currently, then you don't deserve to be with her .
You are making your as well as her life miserable which she does not deserve.
Kindly come to terms with your immaturity.
