I have really bad depression and Betty lie self esteem when it comes to my face and body because I look really really ugly and I have fat all over my body. This effects me when I met new people carrier I'm not that confident talking to them and gradually lose on friends and friendships because of my very low self esteem. I want to grow my self esteem and my confidence so that people do not take me for granted. I want to look good too. Also I have depression due other factors. My mother has a mental illness which is very difficult for me to make people understand and hence I shy away from them alot.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately.
I totally understand your current situation. You seem to be suffering from chronic dysthymia with depressive symptoms. I would be more than happy to help you come out of it. It is easily manageable. Some counselling sessions and if needed medical help might be useful for you.
