Depression Anxiety. Neuro issue
My wife is not tolerates kids (3rd std school going) mischiefs at home. She loves baby a lot but she cant to latere child mis behavior.. She reacts too aggressive ly sometimes hurts herself with stick or belt etc. Whenever is this mood she thinks and says about suicide. From the beginning she has monthly periods disorder..and hormonal imbalance. Pls suggest suitable therapy (something happened in the past with me..now with child)

It must be very hard to deal with her.
Looks like she is undergoing loads of stress. Suicidal thoughts and aggressive behavior points towards severe illness, probably depression.

I recommend to see a psychiatrist immediately to prevent any possible suicide attempt. in severe cases hospitalization may be required for short duration.
