Depression, fear of death and impatience

My husband has typical syndrome of fear to death.he has already gone through several cardiac test and has visited top most doctors in all over India.he has fobia for heart attack.extremely violent to me and my two years old daughter.got so many offers for foreign visit but rejected that he has the fear the plane will be crashed.now this is my greatest challenge to make him agree for your consultation Sir.so many times i took appointment but at last moment he has cancelled.last year after his sisters sudden death he became such violent and aggressive.so many times he has shared about his nightmare about his sister.his sister wants to kill him.life became hail for me and my baby.even he behave like mad if i left him or stay away for shake of my baby girl.he needs help Sir.please suggest me how can i make him agree to visit you.i really need help.even i am so scared sometimes he got so violent try to hurt my baby with some sharpee or heavy thing like bottle or kitchen utensils.need help.
