You just 22 yr old.Its ok if relationship  is not working .For improving your mental health you should start valuing yourself. Give importance to yourself.Seek pleasure  in doing something constructive. You have better things to do.

Concentrate on your studies .Talk to your family.Express your thoughts n feelings with your dear ones who can listen to you who can understand  you.Who can be with you without making any judgment about you.You only can make yourself happy.
