Depression
I am taking tab Tynept OD and Spenzo 0.5 mg once daily since last 4 years. This was prescribed by a Psychiatrist. These medicines are helping me. I want to know how long can I continue this medication. Are there any risks if I continue taking them for a long time.

Psychiatrist medication course depends on how well you are coming out of your Depression. You need follow up with your Psychiatrist to monitor your progress and then gradually leaving it. No long term effect only that you may get Depression free.
Next Steps
Consult a Clinical Psychologist who would do therapy. Combination of medication and therapy works well in Depression.
