I get depressed for no reason and during that time I don't talk to anyone and I feeel like to cry those times and I feel when someone asks me the reason for me being sad I feel like bluffing giving them some serious reasons

Depression has contribution of chemical changes. Serotonin levels can be responsible for these feelings. Help from a psychiatrist would be recommend and later if required therapy can be useful.

Loss of interest, decreased concentration and attention, feeling low and disturbed sleep or appetite are some of the signs of depression. Consult a psychiatrist who will assess you in detail. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless, seek professional help immediately. Try some relaxation techniques like yoga, meditation and deep breathing. Indulge in hobbies. Spend time with people close to you.
