I have been diagnosed with chronic depression. I am taking divya medha vati 3 times daily. Can I take saraswatarishta along with medha vati? What other ayurvedic medicines can I take to cure my condition?

Hi,u can take Tab Media vati 2 tab bid, saraswatharistam 4 tsf with equal amount of water bid after food.  Tab Ashwagandha 2 tab at bedtime. Depression is feeling of hopelessness. Thoughts r what manifest as depression or any other mental condition. Helping n having compassion for other will surely lift ur own mood.
