Hello. There are many well researched therapies for depression, anxiety and phobias/ fear. CBT is a therapy that is very effective and medications such as SSRI treatment are effective as well. Hypnotherapy is not very well researched and there are very few well trained hypnotherapists.
Next Steps
I would suggest-
Please consult a psychiatrist who will give you the available options and then you can decide which is best for you.
Health Tips
Sometimes hypnotherapy may worsen some conditions. So it is very important to get professional help before you go to a therapist.

Hi I appreciate your feelings that you want to overcome from your emotional disturbance. But before you go to any therapy, I think you need know yourself better, what is the reason that you are feeling anxious/ fear/ depression. here each feeling are different. what made you feel this and from how long you are experiencing it. Please think about this first. All therapy is given based on the assessment of the problem the person is experiencing. sometimes for fear or anxiety just a counselling from the professional psychologist will help out. but when it comes to the depression its better you knock the door of psychiatrist. then professionals will suggest the next process. take care. be positive.
