Depression
I suffering from too much depression due to some personal problems. Always skipping my meals couldn't eat or drink properly. Barely like to do anything rather than feeling depressed having depressed thoughts & crying all day. Am on cilapam 0.25/5mg medicine from past 2weeks but no improvement. Also couldn't like to go for gym. Having lack of motivation. What is the way now?

This is the starting dose of medicine. I'm sure your Psychiatrist will increase the dose gradually and you'll feel better.

Hey ,I am glad that you are trying to talk about the sufferings you are dealing with.It must be difficult...As you have mentioned due to some of your personal problems you are stuck in the Vicious circle of feeling alone and low ,which you are handling by crying.Further you have mentioned meds are not working,this means you need someone to vent out your thoughts and feelings .Talk to a Counselor ,it will definitely be helpful.Take Care
