So I am 17 years old guy... I have depression for few years. My hand growth plate was fused... I just need to know how depression and stress effect on our height... Because Google and YouTube .. and some research says depression and stress affect permanently stop our height... So I just need it all the doctors please answer my question... Can depression and stress affect on my high because I am 5.3 at the age of 17...if your answer is yes depression and stress effect on my height badly so how can I overcome this... Please doctors I need the answer.. it's my request please don't ignore my question...
