Withdrawal symptoms are sleepless, guilty feelings, negetive thinking, low sexual desire, yes i changed my lifestyle, i eat lots of water, coconut water, pomegranate, banana, egg, dry fruits, and doing some yoga also, but i cant forget my past and i feel too guilty, and low sex desire is also make me more depressed, what should i do? Plz help me

Build your principles now and strengthen them by facing situations and following them. Give yourself a mock drill of various hypothetical situations and think of your common responses to those situations. Then give yourself a task to change undesirable responses. Depression major forms of affective disorder, the treatment other than by convulsions & drugs is directed and food to safeguarding life, relieving distress and providing the best conditions.       Food must be given adequate quantity & kind. The induction of mild hypoglycaemia by insulin each morning may be helpful in inducing a willingness to take more food. Is valuable most of all for involutional conditions, least for mania.
