Detected Minimal Rpoc in ultrasound
I had a medical abortion on 15 Feb and on 26 Feb due to 21×16 mm  rpoc Doctor suggested me to repeat misoprostol. Some days after it there was a ultrasound and rpoc was now 13× 3mm. Doctor suggested d & c . But as I denied so  another Doctor suggested me to take antibiotics for 5 days  and Regestrone for 21 days. I was just having spotting. On 4th day of starting these medicines I had a sudden gush of blood and clots some small and a big at night . After that doctor gave me texakind mf 500 . Now my spotting is reducing. What should I do now?? When this spotting will stop .? Do I need to worry? Please help

Taking antibiotics and registrone is not going to remove the retained products of conception You need to go back to the first doctor and proceed with the surgical evacuation as she advised You will continue to bleed till the uterine cavity is empty
