Developmental delay
My 1 years old he's had a mri scan which shown bilateral white matter changes, I don't really know what this is can someone please explain and the cause of it? He can roll over in both directions but that's all, he can't stand pull himself up Crawl or sit unaided. He's had blood test and urine but waiting on the results. Hes blabbering but can't say any words he also can't wave. I'm just wondering what might the reason be. He is under pediatrician. But I'm not getting answers. Thankyou

Have a patient! Your pediatrician must be waiting for blood and urine tests reports before talking to you in details. MRI and your child's growth shows some developmental issues with him. He needs regular follow up with your doctor. Clinical examination and his reports will decide.
