Deviated septum
My doctor say i have deviated septum, and swollen tissue. What this swollen tissue is called. Can all these can be managed by nasal spray or medication, or i need operation now

Hello! The treatment of your condition depends on the extent of deviation and the size of the swollen tissue, known as turbinate hypertrophy. It would be better to get a ct scan done to find out. Sprays can be tried, if symptoms persist surgery may be needed.
